The Dealer’s Game

In any game of cards, like in most games, there’s an allegory to life:

1. You play the hand you are dealt. 
2. You won’t lose what you do not put in.
3. It’s a gamble without answers.
4. You won’t lose what you do not put in.
5. If you’re not winning, you’re losing.
6. You won’t lose what you do not put in.

We all know there’s a certain amount of risk when you put yourself into anything.  Something can go wrong, or not as you expect.  The process might fail, disappoint, or break, to no fault of your own.  Chances are very high that you were never dealt a perfect hand. 

Risking whatever you put in means you might lose it all.

But there’s also another way the game may go.

The Gamer’s Deal

You can win with any hand.

It’s not a gamble if you know how the game is played.

If you’re not losing, you are winning.

You cannot win back what you do not put in.

So put in what you want to win back, what you think you can win back, what you expect to win back.

And what you prepare to win back.

You won’t win what you do not put in.

Every round. 

Always.

When you win, you win back what you put in and more.
